Pra quem tem curiosidade sobre o nome:

"cackle-bladder" é uma espécie de bexiguinha com sangue (ou qualquer líquido semelhante) usada pra simular ferimento, geralmente de tiro, quando estourada.
Ex: Sophie Muller no 1x10 Red Brick and Ivy.

E "cackle" porque quase sempre é usado sangue de frango.
